Downloadable Banting Food Lists
One of the most common questions I get is what foods are allowed on the Banting Lifestyle.
The answer to this question is quite simple, real food. No processed or “fake” foods and definitely no carbohydrates and sugars.
There are a lot of Banting lists out there, but I’ve decided to incorporate all of my knowledge about food and what the Banting Lifestyle entails into the two lists that are very popular; Green list and Orange list.
My main goal with these lists were to provide in more detail what each of the lists contain as well as what foods are allowed and allowed in moderation.
I will also be showcasing each ingredient in my recipes going forward, so be on the lookout for these exciting new recipes on my website.
