Acai Bowl. These bowls make a great breakfast alternative, especially in summer time.

Ingredients

Acai smoothie

4 T of acai berry powder

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of milk

3 tsp of almond butter

5 blocks of ice

Toppings

Sliced strawberries

Chopped nuts (mixed)

Blueberries

Directions

1In a blender add the frozen blueberries, strawberries, milk, acai berry powder,almond butter and ice.

2Blend the ingredients until a thick smoothie.

3Place in a bowl.

4Add the toppings of fresh strawberries, blueberries, chopped pecan nuts and walnuts.

5Enjoy!
