1Cut off the stems of the bok choy.
2Pull out the leaves, that will be used for cooking.
3Heat a wok or frying pan to medium heat (with lid).
4Add the olive oil, garlic and ginger and fry for about 1 Minutes.
5Add the bok choy, salt, sunflower seeds and wine and cook for about 0.5 Minutes with lid on until bok choy is soft and tender.
