Avocado, Tuna and Feta Cheese Cups. Great for a fast and very filling lunch.
4 large lettuce leaves
1 large avocado
1 tin of tuna
1 ring of feta cheese, crumbled
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1Place each leave at the bottom of the place.
2Mash up the avocado and add the tuna, salt and pepper.
3Crumble the feta cheese and combine all of the ingredients together.
4Place the mixture into each leave and serve with additional snack foods.
