Bacon, Steak And Avocado Burger. A real meaty burger, filled with goodness!

Ingredients

Burger (bun)

1 packet of small zucchinis, grated

2 large eggs

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp of psyllium husk

Pinch of salt an pepper

Pinch of thyme

Pinch of cumin

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar

1 T olive oil

Steak

250g of steak (preferably rump or fillet)

1 tsp of black pepper

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tsp of steak and chops spice

1 T of olive oil

Sauce

3-4 T of butter

1 T of milk

Bacon

8-10 rashers of bacon

Spray and Cook

Assemble

1 avocado, cut into slices

3-6 romanita tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup of cucumber, diced

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C.

Burger (bun)

1Grate the zucchini and then place into a microwave-safe bowl and cook zucchini on high for 7 Minutes.

2Once cooked, remove from microwave and set aside until cooled down.

3Add the zucchini, eggs, almond flour, baking soda, psyllium husk, salt, pepper, thyme, cumin, cayenne pepper and cheese to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

4Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.

5Add the olive oil.

6Fry tablespoons full of the mixture until soft and fluffy.

7Remove and set aside.

Steak

1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.

2Season meat and cook in olive oil until you have medium steak for about 8 Minutes in total.

3Remove from heat and slice into smaller pieces, set aside.

Sauce

1In the same pan as the steak, heat the butter until very hot (foam should disappear)

2Add the milk and simmer for about 1 Minutes.

3Remove and set aside.

Bacon

1Spray a baking sheet with Spray and cook.

2Add the rashers and place in the oven for 12 Minutes until bacon is crispy.

3Remove and set aside.

Asemble

1Add the first zucchini bun at the bottom.

2Add the steak and bacon and drizzle with sauce.

3Add the avocado, tomatoes, cucumber.

4Place another zucchini bun on top and enjoy!

Use good quality steak and do not forget the sauce!
