1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Crumble
1Melt the butter.
2Add the almond flour, xylitol, vanilla essence and macadamia/almond butter.
3Make a dough.
4Use a baking tray (line with parchment paper). Press 3/4 of the dough on the tray.
5Leave the last 1/4 of the dough for the assembling.
Blueberry mixture
1In a saucepan add the blueberries, butter, xylitol and water.
2Bring to a simmer.
3Simmer until a nice blueberry sauce has been created.
Assemble
1Add the blueberry mixture on top of the dough.
2Sprinkle over the remaining dough.
3Bake in the oven for 30 Minutes.
4Serve while hot.
