Banting Chicken

Banting Chicken. The best chicken in the world, the meat is very juicy and the skin perfectly crisp.

4 whole chicken legs

1 tsp of sea salt

1 tsp of black pepper

2 tsp of dijon mustard

4 tsp of salted butter


1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2Place butter in microwave for 0.5 Minutes.

3Mix the butter with the mustard.

4Rub the butter and mustard mix all over the chicken.

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6Place in the oven for 50 Minutes.

7Remove from the heat and enjoy!
