Directions
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, xylitol, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl.
3Whisk the eggs and add the cream and olive oil.
4Add the egg mixture into the dry ingredients.
5Melt the butter and add to the mixture,
6Make sure you mix everything thoroughly.
7In a square baking dish, add the mixture and spread evenly.
8Drip the macadamia nut butter into shapes on the mixture.
9Place in the oven for 8 Minutes for a gooey version other wise 10 Minutes if you like a cake consistency.
10Remove from oven and serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with melted chocolate.

DELISH! Very quick and easy too. No nut butter on hand so I iced them with a Vanilla Cream Cheese Icing (cream cheese, xylitol, vanilla bean paste). Wow! Even my non-Banting husband loves them. Thank you Schuzelle, I look forward to trying more of your recipes (and making these again … and again .. nom nom.) Cheers from Canada.?

Oh yeah, mine needed to bake for 30 minutes or would have been too wet. Not sure why so different from yours, though I do live in a rainforest. At any rate, worth the extra wait. Yum!
