Directions
1Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave on high for one minute 1 minute.
2Whip the cream, egg whites , Xylitol and Cacao with electric mixer until stiff.
3Fold in the melted chocolate until mixed evenly.
4Pour into glasses/bowls.
5Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour 60 minutes.
6Serve with topping of choice or plain.
Keep in fridge for at least one hour for the best texture.

How can this be banting friendly if it contains chocolate and sugar (in the chocolate) both of which are not allowed?

the lindt is 90% dark chocolate which is banting friendly so is the sugar
