Banting Coleslaw

4 cups of shredded cabbage

125ml of full fat cottage cheese (smooth)

4 T of coconut milk

2 tsp of hot English mustard

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper


1Cut the cabbage very finely.

2Add the cottage cheese, coconut milk and mustard.

3Sprinkle over with salt and pepper.

4Serve with any meat of choice.
