1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
2Add the butter.
3Whisk the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together.
4Divide the mixture into four quarters (I divided the mixture into two different cups and then divided that into half).
5Add 1/4 of the mixture to the pan (1/4 of the mixture will provide 1 crepe).
7Remove from heat and add filling of choice.
1Fry bits of bacon in a pan until crispy.
2In another pan add the mushrooms, pepper and onions and fry until golden brown.
3Add the cream and let simmer for a few minutes until fully incorporated.
4Add the bacon.
5Place filling on one side of the crepe, sprinkle with cheese and roll the crepe.
6You can also add other fillings like spinach and feta or cheese and ham.
