Banting French Toast

Banting French Toast. A very filling and decadent breakfast, great with some herb tea.

  • Yields: 4-6 servings


Almond, Coconut and Flax Bread

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of black pepper

1 T of butter


1 Almond, Coconut and Flax Bread

2Whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper.

3Dip slices of the almond, coconut and flax bread in the egg mixture.

4Heat a frying pan and add the butter to the pan.

5Place the slices of bread in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

6Remove from pan and serve with nut butter, raw honey and cinnamon or cheese.
