1Preheat oven to 180°C.
1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
2Add the mince, peppers, onions, mushrooms, oil and spices.
3Fry the mince until cooked thoroughly.
1Slice the eggplant in slices.
2Sprinkle with salt and leave for about 20 Minutes.
4Remove from the heat and place aside.
1Heat a saucepan to medium to high heat.
2Add the wine, feta cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
3Simmer for about 3.5 Minutes until the feta cheese and cottage cheese have melted completely.
4Remove from heat and use as white sauce for your moussaka.
5You can add more or less salt and pepper to taste.
1First layer should be the mince.
2Second layer should be the eggplant slices.
3Third layer should be the white sauce.
4Last layer is the cheese on top.
5Add to the oven and bake for about 10 Minutes.
