4Place the sole in the mix and cover the fish with the flour.
5Add the fish to the pan.
6Add the lemon juice to the pan.
7Fry the fish for 2 Minutes on each side until golden brown.
8Remove from the pan and place on a plate to keep it warm.
9Serve with lemon wedges and side dish of choice.
