1Add water and salt to a pot and add the egg.
2Heat the water to high and cook the egg on high for 12 Minutes.
3Remove from heat and add cold water to the pot.
4Remove shell from egg and cut in half.
5Cut the tomatoes into halves.
6Cut the cucumber and gherkins into smaller pieces.
7Cut the avocado into quarters.
8Use lettuce as is or cut smaller.
9Combine all of the ingredients and toss salad before serving.
