Directions
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2In a bowl steam the broccoli for about 12 Minutes in steamer or cook on the stove for about 15 Minutes until soft and tender.
3Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add the olive oil, chorizo and peppers.
4Fry until golden brown and remove from the heat.
5Add the broccoli, chorizo and peppers to a shallow dish, spreading the ingredients evenly.
6Add the coconut cream and mozarella and sprinkle with salt, pepper and herbs.
7Place in the oven for 5 Minutes.
8Remove and serve.
