Brussel Sprout, Almond And Feta Salad With Mustard Dressing. Great for summer or winter months with a kick!

  • Yields: 3-4 servings



2 cups of brussel sprouts

1 ring of feta (black pepper feta), crumbled

30g of roasted almonds


2 tsp of hot english mustard

1 tsp of wholegrain mustard

1 tsp of white wine vinegar

1 tsp of medium fat cream cheese

2 T of olive oil

1/4 tsp of salt

1/4 tsp of black pepper

pinch of paprika

1 T of hot water



1Cut the brussel sprouts in half and steam them for 20 Minutes in steamer or cook in a pot on the stove for 15 Minutes until soft.

2Add the almonds and feta.


1Combine mustard, vinegar, olive oil, cream cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.

2Add the hot water to thin out dressing and drizzle over salad.
