Directions
1Cook the noodles as per instruction on the package.
2Heat a saucepan to medium to high heat.
3Add the wine, feta cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
4Simmer for about 3.5 Minutes until the feta cheese and cottage cheese have melted completely.
5Remove from heat and use as white sauce for the noodles.
