Cauliflower Bread And Dipping Sauce. Great for a snack at parties or to just enjoy with any main dish.
Bread dough
1Preheat oven to 220 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Add the riced cauliflower (just put the cauliflower florets into a or food processor until it’s finely chopped), egg, oregano, herbs, garlic and salt into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
3Add only 1 cup of the mozzarella to the mix and press the mixture flat on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
4Let bake for 25 Minutes until browned throughout.
5Once the cauliflower is done, sprinkle on the additional 1/2 cup mozzarella and let bake until cheese is completely melted.
6Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 Minutes.
7Cut into rectangles or squares and enjoy dipping into your sauce.
Dipping sauce
1Heat a sauce pan to medium to high.
2Drizzle olive oil in pan and sprinkle in the minced garlic, let cook 3 Minutes minutes until fragrant and slightly browned.
3Add the tomato puree and cream and season with oregano, chili paste, salt and pepper.
4Bring to a boil and then let simmer on low for about 10 Minutes.
5Stir frequently to make sure it doesn't burn.
6Remove from heat and serve with cauliflower bread.
