1Remove the pits and of the fresh cherries.
2Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 Minutes.
3Dip each cherry individually in the chocolate and place on a plate, set aside (leave a few for decoration).
4Chop the pecan nuts.
5Assemble the sundae by first adding the ice cream, then the chocolate covered cherries, sprinkle with pecans and lastly decorate with fresh cherries.
