1Melt 4 blocks of chocolate in the microwave for 1 Minutes.
2Whip the cream, chocolate, egg whites, xylitol and cacao together.
3Grate the orange for the orange zest.
4Peel the orange in segments.
5Chop the pecan nuts into smaller pieces.
6Layer the dessert.
7Add the cream mixture, sprinkle with orange zest and pecan nuts and repeat.
8Grate 1 block of chocolate and sprinkle over.
9Decorate with a segment of orange and chocolate.
