6Add the butter to the pan until a little bit browned.
7Mix the coconut flour, sea salt, and black pepper into a shallow bowl.
8Place the hake fillets in the egg mixture.
9Place the hake fillets in the flour mixture.
10Add the fish to the pan.
11Fry the fish for 2 Minutes on each side until golden brown.
12Remove from the pan and place on a plate to keep it warm.
13Serve with lemon wedges and side dish of choice.
