1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Separate the egg whites and yellows.
3Add the chocolate cake mix, egg yellows, melted butter, vanilla essence and milk to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
4Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter mix.
5Pour the mix into a greased 22 cm cake pan.
7Test the cake by placing a butter knife in the middle, if it comes out clean, the cake is cooked.
8Let the cake cool down for about 10 Minutes.
1Whisk together the cream cheese, cream, xylitol and food coloring.
2Take a butter knife and ice the cake as desired.
3Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
4Take any object that you can use to make dots (I used chopsticks) and draw dots on the cake to give it a speckled egg look.
5Cut the cake and enjoy!
