Easy Chicken, Vegetables And Rice

3-6 chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts (breasts pounded to even ½ inch thickness)

3 T butter

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

400g cauliflower, broccoli and kale rice


1Cook the cauliflower, broccoli and kale in microwave for set out time.

2Heat frying pan to medium to high heat.

3Add the butter, garlic and herbs.

4Add the chicken breast and cook the chicken for approximately 7.5 Minutes on each side.

5Combine the chicken and rice and enjoy!
