Grilled Trout. A great way to get some of your omega 3's and eat healthy!
200-300g of trout
1 T of olive oil
1 tsp of melted butter
1 T of chopped parsley
1/4 tsp of seasalt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
Cook n Spray
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Spray a baking sheet with Cook n Spray.
3Drizzle some olive oil on trout skin and put skin down.
4Add the salt, pepper, butter and parsley.
5Place in the oven for 20 Minutes.
6Remove and enjoy with salad or vegetables!
