Kiwi, Avocado And Dried Cranberry Salad. A great anytime meal or side dish with main meal!
1Cut the lettuce into smaller pieces.
2Cut the kiwi, avocado, gherkins and cheese into cubes.
3Heat a frying pan and dry fry the pumpkin seeds for 1.5 Minutes.
4Combine lettuce, kiwi, avocado, gherkins, cheese, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries in a bowl.
5Combine mayonnaise and mustard in separate bowl.
6Sprinkle salad with mayonnaise and mustard mixture.
7Enjoy!
