1Preheat oven to high to about 220°C or on broiler setting.
2Heat up the olive oil in a non stick pan over medium heat and then add the onions.
3Saute for 2 Minutes and then add the mushrooms.
5Add the ground beef and cook until well done.
6Add the tomato sauce, cream, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Cook until the mozzarella melts in the sauce.
7Taste and add salt & pepper if necessary.
8Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar and place into the preheated oven.
9Bake until the cheddar on top melts and starts turning golden brown.
10Take the dish out of the oven and cook down for 5 Minutes.
