Overnight Chocolate Chia Seed Porridge

This is a delicious recipe for Chia Seed Porridge. It tastes just like chocolate mousse!

  • Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup fresh cream or coconut milk

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp cocoa powder (Jae found this a bit bitter, so added half for her)

Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together and put in jar.

2Leave in fridge overnight to soak.

For a vanilla variation you can leave out the cocoa and add a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
