Parmesan Zucchini Chips

Parmesan Zucchini Chips. A great substitute for potato or sweet potato chips. Very tasty and filling.

- Yields: 3 servings
Directions
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Cut the zucchini into thin rings.
3Place the zucchini on a flat baking sheet that has been greased with spray and cook.
4Sprinkle over the olive oil, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
5Bake in the oven for about 12 Minutes until golden brown.
6Remove and enjoy!
