Pork Sausage And Zucchini Spaghetti. A quick and easy "pasta" recipe.

Cooked ingredients

350g of spiraled zucchini

1 cup of sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup of sliced green pepper

1/2 an onion chopped

4-6 rashers of bacon

2-3 pork sausages

1 T of butter


100ml of dry white wine

1 T of tomato paste

3-4 Romanita tomatoes, chopped

2 -3 T of full fat cream cheese

1 tsp of Italian herbs

1/2 tsp of organo

1 /2 tsp of salt

Pinch of black pepper


1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.

2Add the butter, onions, peppers, mushrooms and peppers and chopped sausages.

3Fry until golden brown.

4Cut the bacon strips into smaller pieces.

5In another frying pan add the bacon and fry until crispy.

6Remove from heat.

7Cook or steam the zucchini pasta for about 4 Minutes until soft.

8Remove and drain all of the excess water.

9Heat a saucepan to medium to high heat.

10Add the wine, tomato paste, tomatoes, cream cheese, oregano, herbs, salt and pepper.

11Simmer until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

12Adjust the taste to your own liking (more salt, pepper).

13Remove from heat and pour over the dish.


1Add the zucchini and bacon to the mushroom, onion and pepper mixture.

2Pour over the sauce and enjoy!

You can also sprinkle over some cheese if you would like to add more depth to the dish.
