Provolone Taco With Beef And Salsa. Easiest Taco recipe in the world, only one ingredient needed for the Taco itself.

- Yields: 6 Medium Tacos
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Spray the flat baking sheet with Spray and Cook.
3Place only three (3) rings of cheese on the sheet at a time (spaced far as possible from each other, but also not too close to the side).
4Let the cheese melt for about 7 Minutes until the middle is not soft anymore.
5Place two cups (bottom side should show to the top) about 3 cm from each other and then take a wooden spoon and let each side of the spoon rest on each of the cups.
6Remove the cheese from the oven with a spatula and place over the handle of the spoon, so that it can form the taco.
7Remove when cold and use as base for taco.
1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
2Sprinkle with olive oil.
3Add the onion and peppers and fry for about 3 Minutes.
4Add the beef mince, mushrooms, garlic, chilli, paprika, herbs, coriander, pepper and salt.
5Cook for about 20 Minutes until all of the beef mince is thoroughly cooked.
6Remove from the heat and set aside.
1Chop the tomatoes, gherkins, lettuce and avocado into small pieces.
2Combine the tomatoes, gherkins, lettuce and avocado together.
3Add the vinegar and olive oil to the mix and combine.
1Place your taco on your plate.
2Add the beef mince mixture and then the salsa mixture.
3Top it off with the sour cream.
