1Cut pumpkin and zucchini into small pieces.
2Cook or steam your pumpkin and zucchini until soft.
3Add the pumpkin, zucchini, creme fraiche, coconut cream, spices and 1 cup of the water.
4Blend the ingredients until a thick soup, depending on how think you want your soup add the second cup of water until the best consistency.
5Heat a sauce pan to medium to high heat and heat up the blended ingredients.
6Serve soup while hot.
