Roasted Butter Pecans. A great snack for any time of the day!
200g of pecan halves
2-3 T of salted butter
1 T of seasoning salt
1Preheat oven to 140°C.
2Melt the butter in the microwave.
3Toss the pecans, butter and salt together.
4Leave for about 30 Minutes so that the pecans can soak up the butter.
5Place the pecans on a baking sheet and spread out evenly.
6Roast in the oven for 20 Minutes.
