Roasted Cheesy Romanesco

Roasted Cheesy Romanesco. This vegetable is not a very popular vegetable, but great in taste and texture. A great side dish for any main.

  • Cook: 20 mins
  • Yields: 4 servings


1 head of romanesco, cut into smaller pieces

1 T of olive oil

1/2 tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of garlic salt

Pinch of paprika

2 cups of shredded cheddar


1Preheat oven to 220°C.

2Spread romanesco onto a baking sheet evenly.

3Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt, black pepper and paprika.

4Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 Minutes.

5Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 Minutes.
