1Heat a small frying pan (egg pan) to medium to high heat.
2Add the butter and let the butter cook until it becomes brown.
3Add the cream and Xylitol and stir for about 0.25 Minutes (15 seconds).
4Continuously stir until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
5Remove and let the caramel cool down.
6Use in any recipe or enjoy on its own.
If you would like to increase the volume of the caramel, you should adjust the recipe where the butter and cream will always have a 1:1 ratio and then the Xylitol a 1:0.1 ratio to the butter and cream.
