1Heat frying pan to medium to high heat.
2Cut the peaches and add to the pan (dry fry) until fragrance come out.
3Remove from pan and set aside.
4Add some olive oil to same pan and fry chicken breast pieces until cooked through.
5Remove from pan and set aside.
6Cut the cucumber, avocado and cheese into smaller pieces.
7Add the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, cheese, chicken and peaches to a bowl.
8Combine olive oil, lemon juice and spices and pour over salad.
9Enjoy!
