Crispy Bacon, Fried Eggs and Mushrooms. Best banting breakfast.

Ingredients

1 pack of Streaky Bacon

9 Eggs

1 pack of Mushrooms

3 T of Salted Butter

Spray and Cook

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

Directions

Bacon

1Preheat oven to 180° C.

2Spray a baking sheet with Spray and Cook.

3Place the streaky bacon evenly on the baking sheet.

4Place the baking sheet in the oven for 12 Minutes until bacon is crispy.

5Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Eggs

1Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat.

2Add the butter to the pan.

3Fry eggs until desired consistency (soft, medium or hard).

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mushrooms

1Slice the mushrooms thinly.

2Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat.

3Add the butter to the pan.

4Fry mushrooms until golden brown.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.
