Cheesy Caulimash. A great side dish with chicken, red meat or even fish! Very smooth and melts in your mouth as the cheese is incorporated.
1Cook the cauliflower for 15 Minutes.
2Use a slotted spoon and remove cauliflower from water or use a colander to remove all of the water.
3Place cauliflower in a blender (a little bit at a time) with the milk.
4Pour in the milk and add the origanum, Italian herbs, cumin, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt and cheese.
5Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
Place cauliflower and milk little bits in at a time to get the best consistency.
