Chicken, Pumpkin And Spinach Quiche. A great dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quick, easy and delicious.
1Preheat oven to 190°C.
2Cook spinach until soft and tender in water.
3Cook the pumpkin until soft, mash and add cinnamon.
4Cut the chicken into smaller pieces, fry in a pan with olive oil and chicken spice.
5Whisk eggs and milk together.
6Add salt, pepper and basil to the egg mixture.
7Fold in the spinach, pumpkin and chicken pieces.
8Use a round cake tin and spray with cook and spray.
9Add mixture to the pan.
10Bake in oven for 40 Minutes.
11Slide in a butter knife to make sure the quiche is done.
