Easy Spongey Chocolate. A very decadent dessert that will keep you coming back for more!
Melt the butter in the microwave until soft.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
Add the pine nuts and toast them slightly.
Chop the nuts and blueberries into smaller pieces.
Add the cream, butter, lemon juice, nuts, rosemary and blueberries into the chocolate mixture.
Allow the mixture to firm up then spoon into the middle of a 30X30cm lightly oiled square of foil.
Form a round shape by rolling up the foil and twisting the ends (almost like rolling up a big chocolate into a wrapper).
Place in the fridge until complete firm for about 60 Minutes.
Remove from foil, slice and serve with a dollop of cream or as is.
