Easy Spongey Chocolate. A very decadent dessert that will keep you coming back for more!

Directions
1Melt the chocolate in the microwave on high for about 1 Minutes - 1.5 Minutes.
2Melt the butter in the microwave until soft.
3Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
4Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
5Add the pine nuts and toast them slightly.
6Chop the nuts and blueberries into smaller pieces.
7Add the cream, butter, lemon juice, nuts, rosemary and blueberries into the chocolate mixture.
8Allow the mixture to firm up then spoon into the middle of a 30X30cm lightly oiled square of foil.
9Form a round shape by rolling up the foil and twisting the ends (almost like rolling up a big chocolate into a wrapper).
10Place in the fridge until complete firm for about 60 Minutes.
11Remove from foil, slice and serve with a dollop of cream or as is.
