Pork Sausage Bake

Ingredients

1 pack pork sausages

1 onion finely chopped

1 tomato finely chopped

Dried mixed herbs

6 eggs

1/2 cup cream

Grated Cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease an ovenproof dish.

2Remove the meat from the sausage casing and roll into balls.

3Fry these until brown and remove from pan.

4Add onions to pan and fry until soft, put these in the oven dish.

5Add tomato, salt, pepper and herbs to the dish and top with meatballs.

6Whisk the eggs and cream and pour over meatballs.

7Top with cheese and bake for 40 minutes, until egg has set.
