Directions
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Mix the almond flour, coconut meal, flaxseed, flaxmeal, psyllium husk, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, xylitol, and salt together in a bowl.
3Whisk the eggs and mix into the dry ingredient mixture.
4Melt the coconut oil and nut butter in the hot water and pour the mixture into the dough.
5Mix the ingredients thoroughly and let the dough rest for 3 Minutes.
6Butter a loaf pan and place mixture inside the pan.
7Sprinkle the dough with mixed seeds.
8Bake the bread for 45 Minutes.
9Remove and let cool.

I can’t eat Psyllium husks at all. Is there a replacement for this or can one just leave it out of recipe (I’m just starting with Banting). Thanks

Thank you for your comment. Usually the psyllium husk adds fiber to the dish as well as act as a sort of glue to keep everything together.
I am not sure what you can use, perhaps replace the psyllium husk with more flax seeds (that have been grinded) or leave out completely.
I think the eggs will keep the bread together, but I have not tried it like that so I will not be able to say it will work 100%.
