Bacon And Cauliflower Soup. This soup has a very smokey flavor and is great for those cold nights to warm you up!

Directions
1Cook or steam the cauliflower until soft.
2Preheat oven to 180°C.
3Add olive oil to cauliflower and roast the cauliflower for about 15 Minutes.
4Remove and add to blender.
5Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
6Add the bacon and onions and fry until golden brown and bacon is crispy.
7Add the bacon, onion, butter, creme fraiche, spices, cheese and 1 cup of water to the blender.
8Blend all of the ingredients until a thick soup.
9Add the second glass of water as you blend until you get the desired consistency.
10Heat a sauce pan and add the blended ingredients to have a nice hot soup.
