Directions
1Heat a saucepan to medium to high heat.
2Add the wine, feta cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
3Simmer for about 3.5 Minutes until the feta cheese and cottage cheese have melted completely.
4Remove from heat and use as white sauce for your dish.
5You can add more or less salt and pepper to taste.

Thank you for your query.
The feta cheese the recipe is referring to will be the standard packaged feta you buy in-store (as it is taken out of the tub).
Personally, I only use Simonsberg Feta (with blackpepper) and one serving (+-50g) or ring of feta is usually just enough for this recipe.

You can try and add more feta cheese and cottage cheese to get the thickness you want.
