Green Beans With Bacon

Green Beans With Bacon. A great side dish for any main meal, very tasty and filling.

Ingredients

2 cups of chopped green beans

250g of bacon strips

1 T of butter

1/2 onion, chopped

8 romanita tomatoes, chopped

1 cup of mushrooms

60g of feta cheese

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2Cook the green beans until soft and tender in water.

3Remove from water and set aside.

4Heat a frying pan and add the chopped bacon strips into the pan.

5Fry until golden brown.

6Add butter, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes to the pan.

7Fry until the ingredients are soft, tender and browned.

8Add the green beans, bacon mix and feta cheese to an ovenproof dish.

9Bake in the oven for about 12 Minutes.

10Remove and enjoy!
