Halloumi & Tuna Salad

1 tin of tuna in water (drained)

6 slices of halloumi cheese

60g of feta

6-8 Romanita tomatoes (halved)

50g of cucumber

50g of lettuce

30g of avocado

2 T of olive oil

Micro crimson leaves (for decorating)


1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.

2Add 1 T of olive oil.

3Fry halloumi cheese for 1.5 Minutes each side.

4Remove and set aside.

5Open tuna can and drain water.

6Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, feta & lettuce into smaller pieces.

7Assemble salad.

8Drizzle with olive oil.
