Directions
1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
2Add 1 T of olive oil.
3Fry halloumi cheese for 1.5 Minutes each side.
4Remove and set aside.
5Open tuna can and drain water.
6Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, feta & lettuce into smaller pieces.
7Assemble salad.
8Drizzle with olive oil.
