Honey Glazed Rib-Eye with Roasted Vegetables

Succulent honey glazed rib-eye steak with roasted vegetables.

Rib-eye Steak

600-800g of Rib-Eye Steak

1 tsp of pure Honey

1 tsp of Garlic salt

2 cloves of Fresh Garlic

2 - 3 stems of Rosemary

1 T Olive oil


500g of Mixed Roasted Vegetable of choice

2-3 stems of Rosemary

2 T of Olive oil

1 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of Black Pepper


Rib-eye Steak

1Put oven on broil option and wait until it is ready for broiling.

2Place Rib-Eye steaks in a shallow baking tin.

3Pour over honey as desired.

4Sprinkle over the garlic salt and fresh garlic that has been rocked with a garlic rocker.

5Place Rosemary stems on top of each steak.

6Pour the Olive oil over all of the ingredients on top of steak.

7Broil steak for 10 minutes on the one side.

8Remove from the oven, turn the steak over and broil steak for another 6 minutes.

9Remove steak from the oven and let the streak rest on a plate for about 20 minutes.


1Place mixed roasted vegetables in a baking tin.

2Add the rosemary, salt and pepper.

3Drizzle with olive oil.

4Place in the oven on 180°C for about 45 minutes.

5Serve hot with steak.
