Lamb Chops, Sausage and Zucchini fries

Lamb chops, sausage and Zucchini fries. Best combo for a healthy dinner.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 20 mins
  • Yields: 2 Servings


2 Lamb chops

1-2 sprigs of Rosemary

1 tsp of Sea salt

1 tsp of Black pepper

4-6 Lamb sausages

1 tsp of Steak and chops

1 Pack of small Baby Marrows

1 tsp of Sea salt

1 tsp of Black pepper

3 T Olive oil

Spray and Cook


Lamb chops

1Put the oven on broil and wait until it is the right temperature.

2Place the lamb chops in a shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with Spray and Cook.

3Sprinkle over rosemary, salt, pepper and 1T olive oil.

4Place in the oven for 5 Minutes on each side.

5Remove once the chops are broiled and the fat is quite hard.

Lamb sausages

1Place about 1/4 cup of water into a frying pan on medium to high temperature.

2Place sausages in the pan.

3Sprinkle over the Steak and Chops.

4Put over the lid and let the water cook the sausages, the sausages will turn brown once the water have cooked away.

5Remove lid and dry fry until desired color.

Zucchini Fries

1Preheat the oven to 180°.

2Spray a flat baking tray with Spray and Cook.

3Cut the baby marrows in quarters.

4Place evenly on the baking tray and cover with olive oil lightly.

5Sprinkle salt and pepper over the baby marrows.

6Place in the oven for 12 Minutes

7Serve hot.
