Mini Ham, Spinach and Tomato Quiche

Mini Ham, Spinach and Tomato Quiche. A must for any occasion, works well for picnics or teatime.

  • Cook: 15 mins
  • Yields: 4 servings


6 Medium Eggs

1 cup of chopped Spinach

1/4 cup of Ham sliced

3-4 Romanita Tomatoes chopped

1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/2 tsp of Pepper

Spray and Cook.


1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2In a bowl whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.

3Cut the ham, spinach and tomatoes finely.

4Grate the Mozzarella cheese.

5Add the ham, spinach, tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese to the eggs.

6Sprinkle mixture with salt and pepper.

7Spray a muffin tin with Spray and Cook.

8Place the egg mixture in each tin about 3/4 full.

9Leave in the oven for about 15 Minutes until cooked.

10Remove and serve while hot.
